My initial call to Gold Electric was extremely satisfying. Mindy was courteous and thoughtful in her understanding of my situation. I have been living with 18 hours of incessant beeping from a faulty smoke alarm which is hardwired into the ceiling. Matthew, the technician, knew exactly how to correct the problem. He also suggested I replace all the alarms, which we did. While he was here I showed him another issue I had. Over two years ago I picked out three unique pendant lights, shaped like flowers, to hang over the lovely granite island of our newly built home on the top of McKenzie Canyon in Sisters. At the time of of the kitchen installation the electrician chose the generic lamps and left a note in the unwrapped flower lamp boxes. It read, "Lights have Bars for hanging, not Chains. They would not hang straight if I installed them." When I showed Matthew the note, he just laughed! He proceeded to hang all three of the flower pendant lights and now I am a happy camper. Matthew is talented, efficient, has problem solving skills, and most of all he is friendly and kind. I have found my electricians, oh yeah!

Erik was very quick, knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help! When we realized the problem was not something he would be able to help with (we needed to involve Pacific Power) he talked us through what to do and say to best explain our issue to get help from them. He also followed up to make sure everything got resolved. Highly recommended!!
