Our technician, Robert W, was very kind and helpful. First, one of our issues was because of a switch that was flipped (unbeknownst to us when we had company). Robert easily figured it out and didn't make us feel stupid like we should have known... He just told us and moved on (also did not charge us for our own nonsense). He then easily fixed our legit electrical outlet problem. He was kind and pleasant and we highly recommend Giroux, especially Robert W.
