We finished our house with Gifford Homes not too long ago, and I can honestly say it was a good experience from start to finish. Rich is very hands-on and easy to talk to. If I had a question, he answered it. If something needed attention, it got handled. The quality of the build speaks for itself. Solid work and no drama. I’d build with them again.

Three years ago I relocated to Jacksonville, from the Northshore of Boston, and was fortunate enough to connect with Richard and his family. I have been a finish carpenter for over 35 years and have worked with many top quality builders in that time.
