GH Technical Services did a fantastic job with a new boiler installation. Glenn and Alexander are very knowledgable and hardworking. They take the time to explain the various aspects of the project so the homeowner has an excellent understanding of all that is taking place. I’m very reluctant to call on service providers because I never know what to expect! I’m in Florida for the winter season and my tenants called because my HAVC system was not functioning properly. My nephew recommended GH technical Services from Stratford. I called and spoke with a lovely young lady Mariella who said she would have someone come out first thing in the morning. Approximately an hour later my tenants called and said that they were without heat completely. I returned a call to Mariella who was very understanding and said she would rearrange her schedule and have someone out ASAP. Approximately one hour later a wonderful young man (Alex) was at my house working on my furnace. Alex was very professional, he kept me informed of everything that he was doing and before he left my house was very comfortable. Heat was functioning properly and emergency was avoided!!
