Genesis Electrical Service is my new go-to company for all of my electrical needs. They were quick to respond and arrived promptly at the designated time. I worked with Noah and was so impressed with his professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Noah arrived, got the work done, and cleaned up beautifully before he left. I will most certainly use Genesis Electrical again. I highly recommend this company… I can’t say enough good things about them.

had a very disappointing experience with Genesis Electric and feel it’s important to warn others. Their billing structure appears designed to inflate costs regardless of how simple the job is. They automatically charge a “special job” fee no matter the scope of work, and they send out multiple technicians—then bill you for each one—even when the job clearly does not require it. This results in an excessively high invoice for what should be a straightforward repair. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability afterward. Once I questioned the charges and tried to speak with someone to understand or resolve the bill, I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I followed up multiple times and was given the same promise with no follow-through. If you value transparent pricing, honest billing, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company’s practices feel misleading, and their unwillingness to communicate after taking your money is extremely frustrating.
