Generator Pro

I recently bought a Kohler 20RCA automatic backup power generator from Generator Pro and was extremely impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and helpfulness of everyone involved in the process from start to finish! They explained every product option, cost, optional features, every step of the process, and the time to install. All was delivered, and connected with maximum competence with no surprise costs. They anticipated every question and concern and responded with great detail (and patience)! All this they did for thousands less than my other estimate! I had a bad experience with a previous vendor and generator, so was a bit anxious and had an urgent time requirement, but they handled everything with efficiency and empathy! I’m telling everyone I know about them!

Amazing team at Generator Pro. They came out after a major snow storm and went through a bunch of tests to determine why my generator was no longer running. After the diagnostics they gave me a few potential options on next steps. We decided to move forward with Generator Pro removing our old generator and putting in a brand new one for us. They were able to complete the entire process from diagnostics to full install in less than 2 weeks (during the middle of winter no less). I have nothing but good things to say about Generator Pro. "D. Leverone" below wrote everything that I was going to write. But, more is better! I found Generator Pro from a friend who suggested I call them. This after I had spoken to two companies and spent substantial time with the other companies. I found Generator Pro amazing. They knew what they were doing backwards and forwards. They were incredibly responsive. Their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other companies I had contacted. And with a different, more effective strategy to tie into my house. I went with them. From start to finish, to a person, every one was on point, highly competent, timely, and clear. They coordinated with the other services I needed, dropping tanks, and inspectors. My generator is just on as of today! This is only several weeks after I called them in December. A shout out also to the office staff. Everyone was positive, friendly, highly efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company more highly! Great people great service great price!
