G&C Plumbing & Heating

Used G&C for installing a new furnace in our home. From the process of receiving the quote to install day our experience was great. Nick who helped us through the pricing and quotes was amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain the system and process, as well as answering additional questions that came up before install. In addition he did research and ensured we had the proper power venting for the new system. Everyone on the phone and in person was professional and pleasant to speak with. The crew that did the install was efficient and tidy, we are so happy with the new system.

We’re big fans of G&C. We first engaged them in a panic when morning of a grad party we were hosting the powder room sink stopped working. They came out right away and as they pulled up I realized the water line just had a kink in it and there was no emergency after all. Their guys were great and we all laughed it off. We kept their cars handy and so last week when the water heater decided to die during the post-snowstorm travel ban we decided to call them instead of taking our chances with the slightly cheaper big box store option. They were awesome - again came out right away, were efficient, clear, and polite, laid out our options for us and once we chose our option completed the job promptly and professionally. We felt treated with respect throughout and have the peace of mind of a plumbing partner we can trust for years to come.

Called G&C on Saturday morning due to leak in our water heater. Anthony and Cole were at my home to diagnose and drain/shut off the hot water heater within the hour. Evan and Matt were at my house by 8 am on Monday and replaced the unit before noon. By 1 pm we had hot water and were good to go. All four servicemen were polite, courteous and easy to deal with. Could not recommend them any higher!
