Excellent experience with Fuse Service! We recently upgraded to a Daikin Fit heat pump, and the whole process was seamless. A huge thank you to Jeff for his help with the coordination and sales. He was incredibly honest and transparent about all the eligible instant discounts, ensuring we saw the savings upfront. When I needed a quick correction on the final invoice for my records, Jeff handled it immediately. It’s rare to find such high integrity in sales! The installation was led by Vlad, who is a true expert. His craftsmanship is top-notch—the unit is installed perfectly, runs silently, and he left the work area cleaner than he found it. He also did a great job integrating the Aprilaire 1310 filter box into our new system. If you want a stress-free upgrade, ask for the Jeff and Vlad duo!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Fuse. Alex C. installed a new Navien heat pump water heater for us. To my surprise, he and another technician showed up on time, which is rare for contractors. The project was completed in the projected time (about 8 hours). Alex even noted that we had too much water pressure coming into the house. Alex provided a quote to install a pressure regulator. I received quotes from several contractors for both the water heater install and the pressure regulator install. Fuse offered the best price for both projects. My only critique is that they left some saw dust on my driveway after the water heater install. Overall, my experience with Fuse was excellent. I had Alex come back out a week later to install a pressure valve regulator. He showed up early and completed the job in a few hours. Since I was pleased with the two previous jobs completed by Fuse, I hired them to install a bathroom fan. Samson, the technician, showed up on time and completed the install. I’ve had issues with contractors not cleaning up after themselves in the past, but that was not the case with Samson. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. Samson broke the switch cover during the install, but he came back later in the evening to replace it. Overall, I’ve had three good experiences with Fuse.

Easy to contact, schedule an appointment, and get a quote. Their price for a Bradford water heater with permit was reasonable compared to 2 other businesses I reached out to. They were friendly, quality of service was great, water heater install was.qukcer than expected. The only feedback that could be better was they arrived 30 min late than expected which worried me a little but I called them to confirm that they were on the way and they were just running late. Wish their system would text me that they were running a bit late. Other than that, I highly recommend them and would use them for other services. Thank you!
