Great service from beginning to end! Responded to my request in text within 1 hour for an urgent same day couch pickup request. Pickup and price coordinated immediately through text and I received a text confirmation with a pickup window in less than 20 mins after. The pickup truck team were incredibly professional and arrived at the top of the pickup window. They quickly removed the couch with no issue and completed final paperwork. It all took a total of 2 hours. Thank you Furniture Removal Guys! Great cause and a highly professional team. Will be using again!

Semaj and Kenny were a great help to me today. They were very prompt in arriving to pick up my old reclining sofa. The sofa was very heavy but they knew just what to do to carefully take it apart and carry it to the truck. The price to do this was very reasonable and Semaj and Kenny were so friendly! I am sending a big thank you to them both for such great service, and to Aymen for helping me out in the schedule of the pickup. I hope my old reclining sofa can be serviced and used by someone in need.
