In the near end of December 2025, I was washing clothes in my washer when everything bad just started happening with the toilets and bath tubs. Out of nowhere, bad water from the toilets and bath tubs started leaking out. I was shocked and worried. In my head, the water pipes are not doing well. Where I tried to flush my toilets, instead of the water going down the drainage, toilet water went filled up instead. It was time to call for some plumbing help. Luckily, I found a great family owned plumbing company to fix my problem. I called the next day because, it was late already and company was closed for their hours of business. I called the next day and they had Arno come check what was going on. He was friendly, polite, honest and respectful. He told me what needed to be done and I told him let’s get that started right away. Going to keep the rest short and simple. Writing a whole story here. Lol. Old pipes where replaced with new one and everything was back normal with the toilets and bath tubs. Arno and his teams did an amazing job. My bathroom sink faucet and shower head were both leaking and I didn't realize it until I received a sky high water bill. I called Free Flo Rooter and Ara was able to come out the same day in the late afternoon to assess and give an estimate. We ended up needing to replace both the faucet and the shower valve over the course of a few visits for reasons that I won't go into (not Ara's fault). He was punctual and communicated well every time. He was professional, pleasant, and easygoing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
Free Flo Rooter and its guys were great. Lead tech Ara and his assistant Elijah did a top-notch 5-star job for a toilet installation. Fast and easy communication with Rafee and the follow up with Ben. Better price and better service than anybody else contacted. Very impressed. Always tough to know whether the reviews are true and whether the service will actually be good but it was and the rating is totally deserved. Will be happy to use them again.
