I've used Fox (Steve and his posse) for years in my role as Pres. of our HOA, and they have always been reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Recently. I needed them for a personal plumbing issue involving a washer backup, and once again they were exceptional. They went above and beyond. They came out early on a Saturday morningj (problems always happen on a Friday night), and they diagnosed the issue, and handled the repair, by shutting off the water to mitigate any further damage. They explained the problem and the best next steps. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency both professionally and personally. Ryan came to our house in La Mesa and went above and beyond what he needed to do. They have a stand up guy at fox and they should be proud. He found a clog down the line and cleared it asap and even pulled the toilet up where we first spotted the problem and put a new ring down so ya amazing work , friendly guy. Oh ya and I guess it was the city side was the issue so we were not charged anything!!
