The team was very professional, worked well together, and did NOT waste any time. The team lead was very polite and respectful when needing to enter the house as well as when we crossed paths outside. I am so glad we chose this group to do our foundation. Management and office staff....again very professional and very diligent to take care of their team AND make everything right for me. Foundation Pro did an outstanding job on our home. Jeff came out to look at our situation and provide an estimate—he was professional, thorough, and explained exactly what was going on with our foundation and what would be required to fix it. The front office staff was great as well. We had a small scheduling issue, but Lydia handled it quickly and professionally. Efrain and his crew showed us everything that would be done and completed the project in just a few days. Evan wrapped up the job by adding the polyurethane foam. The guys cleaned up and had everything back to normal faster than expected. It’s never fun having foundation work done in your home, but Foundation Pro made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the work and service I received from Foundation Pro. The office staff Lydia and Becky were very helpful with scheduling and billing. Jeff did a thorough evaluation and explained everything to me in detail. When I had concerns, Brent was there to reassure me and further explain everything. Efrain, Luis, Michael, and Jose were very respectful of my property when they were doing the dirt work and leveling. Everyone was kind, patient, and understanding.
