Flow Right

It is with a very happy and grateful sentiment that I write this review for the Flow Right plumbing team. Since moving into an older house, I kept having plumbing problems due to the fact that the majority of the pipes were made of metal and were rusty and old. This time, however, the pipes had developed cracks and were leaking gas and water into the ground under my home, and as a result, created a foul smell at the front of the house. I initially thought this smell was from a dead rodent under the home but it turned out to be a much bigger problem. At first, I turned to a well advertised and bigger plumbing company here in San Diego, but they way they carelessly handled the estimate visit to my home made me feel uneasy. Luckily, I found Flow Right on Yelp when I searched for other reputable local plumbing companies. When I looked into the plumbing work they specialized in, they seemed like a promising company who specialized in larger plumbing projects. I called Flow Right for an estimate and the owner of the company, Kenny, answered the phone and after learning about my plumbing problem, arrived at my house in half an hour. He then donned the cover-up and mask and went to the crawlspace to assess the damage of the pipes himself. Kenny promised to send me an estimate shortly and he did, with a clear scope of work and a very reasonable price quote. I accepted the contract immediately and the next morning, 2 team members showed up at my home at 8:30 sharp, went inside the crawlspace and proceeded to remove all the broken metal pipes and replace them with ABS plastic pipes. When the work was finished, I was asked to turn on all the faucets in the house to check for water leaking, but everything was perfect. The Flow Right team members were professional, diligent, experienced, and focused and they managed to finish this huge project in 5 hours. I was so impressed because the previous well advertised and bigger company estimated that the work would take 2 full days, if not longer. I highly recommend Flow Right for any plumbing problem because of the high standards the company demonstrated and accomplished. I now have a trustworthy and professional plumbing company to turn to for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you again, Kenny and the Flow Right team!

We had water flow issues with two of our bathrooms in a 100-year-old house. Ariel was able to work in a tight crawl space to repipe the supply lines with minimal disruption to the drywall. He did a great job patching up the small amount of drywall he removed. Our flow issues are fixed and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to call Flow Right and Ariel again.

Highly recommend Kenny. I hired him for right of way, water main and concrete work on a multiple ADU project in Mission Hills. We dealt with all sorts of issues from the City but Kenny handled them all like a pro. He never over charged or added fees even though the City caused a delay 100% out of his control. Great communication through entire process.
