Flow Masters Plumbing, Drain and Water Heater

I want to write today and commend Flow Masters, and two technicians in particular (Jose & Miguel) - for their help, and hard work this past week. First week with our lovely new tenants, and low & behold, the old furnace decided to kick the bucket - during a cold spell and on the day before Thanksgiving no less - not a great look at all. I'm very grateful to the Flow Masters team for getting out to the home right away, diagnosing the issues, and most of all - then putting in the new furnace on Thanksgiving day. While I feel guilty making the two gentlemen work on a family day, I'm incredibly grateful for their hard work, dedication, and excellent job getting the unit installed. This is my first time using Flow Masters and overall they did an excellent job. Scheduling a repair was a little lengthy because they first had to send out a person to assess the situation and then I had schedule a separate appointment to execute the repair. But, they (Alberto) were very knowledgeable about my heating system, even making me aware that the company that made the product is no longer in business and that there were some safety concerns about the particular unit that I have. The repair was executed by a team including Roberto who were very thorough and did an excellent job of verifying the system after the repair (they didn’t rush out the door.) and cleaning up once they were done. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Great service from Flow Masters. First Sebastian came out and assessed and diagnosed several issues, explaining each in detail and offering a range of solutions at a range of costs. Soon after, Kevin arrived to make repairs and install a fixture and fittings. Both gentlemen were professional and handled service with friendliness, knowledge, respect for my home. Midway through the work, another issue was discovered, Sebastian explained it, demonstrated the problem, and stayed late to repair it. All in all, great work.
