I had my heat pump and air handler both replaced. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. The ENTIRE team at First Class are top notch! Ezra, Jackson, Phat were all very experienced and knowledgeable. Trish the office manager was very helpful as well with the rebate application to BC Hydro! Would highly recommend this company!! 10/5 stars!

A few weeks ago, my hot water on-demand system began beeping and intermittently stopped producing hot water. I called First Klass Mechanical and, after explaining the issue, they sent a technician to my home the very next day. What we thought would be a simple service call turned out to be a full system failure that required replacement. Ezra, the owner, immediately took charge—he tracked down all the warranty details for my unit and ordered the replacement the same day. Once it arrived, I was booked in for a next-day installation. The technicians were incredibly polite, professional, and punctual, which I truly appreciated. They even followed up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly and to schedule a service for next year. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. First Klass Mechanical made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I’ll absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing, heating, or HVAC services!

My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!
