First Call Heating & Cooling

Nothing but great things to say about the expertise and professionalism we experienced with First Call. We had 2 gas fireplace inserts installed in our 1960s house this week and we are very happy with the results. First Call was the only company that seemed totally comfortable with what was deemed by other companies as a “very complicated job” and they seemed to almost run away from our job. They were communicative and thoughtful during the entire process. Jason Sundwall was the lead on the gas line process. My husband is very particular and had a certain way he wanted the gas line installed. He raved about Jason all week and kept repeating how happy he was that Jason did our project. It can be difficult to find people that complete jobs to as high a level as we expect but Jason treated the project as if it was his own home. We can’t say enough about his skill level and professionalism. All our furniture and floors were covered each day and they left everything in perfect condition. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. Steve Erickson was our salesperson and he was great too. He’s a warm, friendly face for the company and his knowledge, confidence and thoroughness made us comfortable proceeding with this project (when other companies made us much less confident). Everyone showed up when they said they would which is also extremely rare to find. That was my first indication that we had found a unique, professional company! I can’t recommend first call enough.

My 20 year old furnace suddenly stopped working on Sunday night but I noticed a burn smell coming out of the vents. I called First Call on Monday. The same day, a representative (Jason) came to my house and he gave an estimate right away. First Call scheduled a new furnace installation for the very next day because I did not have any heat in the house. I worked with this company previously and they did a great job in another location Jose and Christian came right at 8 am, they explained all the process of the removal of the old unit and the installation of a new 95% efficiency unit They went into specific details and they answered all my questions. During the installation Jose noticed a defect part in the new furnace and he called his boss. He sent another unit right away to prevent any future problems They installed everything new, including fresh air input and exhaust pipes. they cleaned the area as they worked and removed all old equipment and trash I was so impressed with their explanation and work, that I decided to also replace my a/c unit because it used R-22 gas (phased out gas very harmful effect on the ozone layer) It is always better to choose a reliable company with well trained technicians,because their work is always warranted

Exemplary service and professional and highly knowledgeable technicians who go the extra mile!!! Brian is honestly the best technician we have had in the 9 years we've been doing business with First Call!!! He was very diligent and detected an issue, repaired it and our heat pump is looking and functioning like brand new!!! We will be requesting Brian next service time!!!!
