Alex and Caiden were top-tier professional from start to finish. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves with friendly faces. They were helpful too, answering questions we had about the humidifier. They walked us through the parts of the system and how to maintain it. To be honest, they are the reason why I am signing up for a maintenance plan and would ask the schedulers that they be the ones to service the AC and furnace in the future. That is just how comfortable we have been working with them. Christy has also been a great help since the first time I reached out with questions about Finzel’s work on the home I recently purchased. I am thrilled to have “inherited” a great hearing/cooling company to work with. Thank you all so much!

I would recommend Finzel’s Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs. Adam initially came out and stated that the blower motor needed to be replaced. During install, Nels noticed that there were issues with the heat exchanger and the system would need to be replaced sooner than later. Two weeks later, the team installed my entire system within a matter of 6 hours on one of the coldest days of January 2026. Nels, Jayson, and Alex were great at getting all the work done in a timely matter and answered all my questions during the install. Great job guys!!!

Adam arrived to work on a chronic furnace issue. Three other companies have tried to repair it over the last year, with no solution. Adam arrived and immediately told me with cautious confidence that he would be able to fix it. Polite and professional, he told me that he trained on my furnace design. Within minutes of looking at my system, he knew EXACTLY what was the issue... ordered parts, and two days later was installing them.... The system is working like new.
