Nothing but headaches. Stain faded within 1st year. Had to chase James to get him to warranty the work. And when he finally did come back to re-stain the deck he simply stained it without sanding or prepping it and you can clearly see where the table rug and grill rugs were. And on top of that he got stain on my patio block in multiple areas. He clearly rushed because he wasn't get paid to perform warranty work. Sent him an email of the attached pictures and he didn't even respond.

His expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. James skillfully removed the old washer that was wedged in a tight space, allowing us to install a new one. He meticulously repaired the walls, ceiling, floor/tiles, and paint that were affected during the removal process. His professionalism, punctuality, and reasonable pricing were commendable. James addressed a persistent issue with our dishwasher. Our previous contractor(during kitchen full remodeling) had improperly leveled the appliance, resulting in water leakage. James proposed a simple yet effective solution: leveling the floor. This not only saved us time but also prevented further damage. His problem-solving skills were invaluable. Additional Project: Bathroom Attic Insulation: Recognizing our poorly insulated bathroom attic, James willingly took on another project.His insulation work addressed the coldness issue during winter, enhancing our comfort. In summary, I highly recommend James Ross for any building or remodeling needs. His expertise, integrity, and commitment to quality make him an exceptional contractor.

I have hired Finish Masters Builders Corp to do work for me several times in the past few years. Most recently, a car backed into my house and drove off when I was not home and my neighbor was unable to get a plate number. James came over, gave me an estimate, and completed the work a couple of weeks later. He was willing to come on one of my days off so I did not have to take a day off from work. Additionally, the price he charged was the price he originally quoted me. (I have had other contractors quote one price and then demand more at the end because they found something “additional” that “needed” to be fixed). James is always professional and polite. I have friends who have hired him and they have also been pleased with his work. I recommend him for your contracting needs
