I mainly interact with Jean and John in the plumbing area. Jean is considerate and kind and goes the extra mile to help me. John is also considerate and kind and he has excellent plumbing skills. The ladies in the front office who answer the phones to connect me are always pleasant. To sum it up, everyone treats me as a valued customer.

Federal Mechanical is an absolutely amazing company. We had a very tedious repair job that other companies weren’t able to resolve. With the extreme heat wave & our beloved pets in mind; their very professional, knowledgeable and courteous technician, Kevin came out and took care of the job like it was his own home. He even made sure our fence was locked up before he left to ensure our dogs didn’t escape. Our AC is running ice cold and we have peace of mind this summer knowing we have Federal Mechanical is here for us!! I highly recommend them!!!

The best kind of service call - fixing and learning!! Was recommended to Federal Mechanical Contractors as good licensed techs who could work in city of Wilmington. Appointment was easy to setup, and they actually called me back when they had an earlier spot - yes and thank you! Tech arrived on time and really was professional with both his respect of my house and his review of my old boiler system. I got a quick lesson on home maintenance and some pointers for keeping my system top notch - then he solved my problem, and was out the door for under $300. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them for both treatment and service.
