Doug and Scott at Faucetman were phenomenal! They were polite, and kind. Doug was actually on his knees cleaning my floor because some residue from the toilet had dropped. I had three toilets and a faucet installed. I would recommend these guys to my family and friends anytime! They were great!!!

After finding that my old water heater was leaking I did some research into tankless water heaters. I contact Lowes, home depot and some independent plumbers. Lowes recommended Faucetman Plumbing and gave me contact information to set up the appointment. Once I gave them a call I was able to set up an appointment quickly and easily. Doug was kind enough to work with me on the meeting time and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and honest. After accepting their quote Doug's team worked with me to set up a time that worked best with me and the team arrived on time. They worked quickly and answered any questions I had as they did the work. After it was completed they explained the use of the system and how to clean/service the unit. Doug called me a couple days later asking if he could come by and inspect the installation. Doug seems to really care about the people that they work with. I fully recommend using Faucetman Plumbing in the future.

We had a sink and range hood installed by this company through Lowe's. They did such a great job that when I had another plumbing issue, I called them directly and had them replace my old toilets. We are very pleased with their work. Their prices are very reasonable, they arrive on time and do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them!
