We had an excellent experience with Falling Star HVAC. Mel, Allen, and Anthony were here for 15 hours. They worked far beyond what most people would, and they would not leave until they made sure we had heat and everything was done right. We had our entire HVAC system replaced. They installed a new furnace and a new AC unit, and also completed a full house duct cleaning. They took the time to explain how to care for the system, how to register everything for warranty purposes, and how to use our new smart thermostat. Nothing felt rushed, even after such a long day. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and respectful of our home. They protected all of our floors, covered their shoes, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and were very mindful of cleanliness. It was a long day for them, and we truly appreciated their dedication and professionalism. Josh, one of the owners, made the entire process easy from start to finish and was very competitive with another company we were considering. The pricing was excellent, and we could not beat the value for the work that was done. We are extremely happy with the results and thrilled with the entire experience. This place is outstanding. My regular hvac guys could not get out for a day during our winter storm. Called up Falling Star and Mel was here within 2 hours. Everything from start to finish was great. Amazing customer service, Mel is great at what he does and genuinely seems like he enjoys his work. Great communication, direct without being pushy, and affordable prices. I will definitely be using them again.

I’m a first time homeowner learning as I go. I had an electric baseboard heater with a broken knob. I called 4 companies who couldn’t don’t service them before an electrician connected me with Falling Star. Josh came out within a few days to give me a free quote on fixing the knob and maybe installing a mini split. After sourcing a new knob Josh explained it was actually something I could buy online for $30 and install myself. Easy as installing a new light fixture. I really appreciate the companies integrity and honesty. They easily could’ve charged me hundreds of dollars and didn’t. Will 100% be calling Falling Star when I’m ready for the bigger project.
