We’re building a new house, and our plumber referred us to Faulk. I left several unanswered messages to their showroom. Finally I called the counter, and asked if there was anybody working the showroom. Finally, Christy called me. I was trying to figure out which location I needed to go to, since the plumber first suggested Maumelle, then Searcy. With a bad attitude, she said North Little Rock, and wasn’t pleasant in telling us we needed to make an appointment. I thanked her for her time, then my wife and I drove to Batesville, and bought everything we needed for our new house at another place. I informed my plumber I won’t be using Faulk.

Worst service ever from Christy Pritchett. Totally ghosted me at the first inclination that I might change contractors. Even after I tipped her $20 cash. Must have incorrectly assumed I'd buy elsewhere. Repeatedly refused to respond to my text, email or voicemail messages. Completely ignored me when I asked her what was going on with my quote so that I could get things moving. Missed out on about $15k worth of plumbing fixture sales. Delayed my renovation project by about two months. Also "over shares" about her pay and commission structure, along with her personal family business. Very unprofessional. What else can I say? Absolute nightmare experience. Worst retail experience ever.
