Express Cabinets

I really wish things were different and that I didn’t have to write this review because we desperately need some help with cabinets. Aaron came out and took measurements at our house at least three or four weeks ago, but we never heard back. Zero follow up. I’ve followed up multiple times, without a return call from Aaron or the company. Nobody has taken care of me, and we are ready to move forward.. I called two weeks ago and the lady that picked up told me that ‘my name just came up in a meeting, and the Aaron would be calling me back’. However, no callback, no follow up, nothing. It’s very frustrating and concerning. I’ve sent text messages, but still don’t get a call back. I finally called the office this morning to express some frustration and talk to the manager, but they weren’t available and the lady that picked up the phone had zero empathy for my situation. It pains me to write this because we desperately need some help and I’m just not sure if we’re going to be able to get it from this company. I just wanted to share my experience in case you were also looking for cabinets, and looking for something to happen quickly. For clarification, we are looking for a bathroom vanity, a kitchen island, and to refresh one of our current bathroom vanities. Possibly more in the future. We’ve been nothing but professional. Very disappointing.

We had a kitchen and a bathroom done by Express Cabinets. Communication was perfect and they triple measured everything to make sure everything would fit like a glove. And they did. We had a last minute change in our splash and they were accommodating there as well. I highly recommend them! Amanda was a pleasure to work with.

Lizzie designed an amazing kitchen for me and all the staff at Express Cabinets worked together to make it happen. Lizzie was very responsive through the whole process. She picked up on my design style and I was blown away when I saw her plan. When there were a few flaws with my cabinets they worked hard to make it right. I am enjoying having custom cabinets that make my kitchen so much more functional!
