Personally, Rick helped us on very short notice with a bathroom renovation. However, his recommendations for other minor repairs to prevent major problems is invaluable. Excellent was, well, excellent. Water heater pilot light refused to stay lit, no hot water for a week. Called and asked I think Rick? And sent him some pics to take a look at. He was able to give me some DIY tips and I was able to get it going again! I know at some point Iā€™m going to need a new water heater, and I know exactly who I will be giving my business to, honesty matters so much to me. He could have come out and overcharged me, but he saw the problem was a simple fix, and chose integrity. Thank you so much!!!!
