I needed a winter heating related task to be done at my property while I was away. Chris at Evergreen Property Care was recommended to me. I had not done business with them previously. Chris was quick to respond to my questions, explained what they do and was promptly onsite as we discussed. Chris completed the work professionally and without problem. Their rates are reasonable and I will definitely trust and use them for future work. It's great to have a reliable trusted resource for the unexpected things that always seem to come up.
Chris and his team at Evergreen were excellent and we are very glad we chose them to complete our projects. They did three projects for us this fall. Estimates were accurate and reasonable, including how different materials would effect the overall cost. We cannot overstate how impressed we were with the professionalism and knowledge of the entire team who worked on our house. Communication was easy and we knew when the team would be doing each step. The supervisor of the project also named Chris was amazing. The three projects were painting and staining of the entire outside of the house and replacing pieces of trim as well as placing a belly band around the ground contact, removing a large wood deck which was built over 30 years ago and needed new joists and replacing it with a Trex deck including railings and stairs., They also replaced a large bay window with a picture window with casement windows on each side which required inside and outside work. These were fairly large projects and each one was done the "right way" (proper joists and support, beautiful finish work, multiple measurements along the way, etc,) - the quality is outstanding. We were away for many days of the project and felt entirely comfortable leaving a key and giving access to the house. We would recommend Evergreen without reservation to anyone considering home projects large or small. You would be lucky to have them complete your project.
Service and communication were prompt and excellent. The only issue that I have is that I thought that the cost of the job was much higher than I thought it should be. Required purchase and installation of 2 "cartridges" for Moen shower controls.
