I had a line back up that allowed things that I thought we had sent on their merry way each time we flushed. While I enjoy visitors, these were not my favorite to see return. I know the team at Epic are booked solid and I used the "in case of emergency break glass" option. Harley was fantastic, courteous, and knowledgeable. Plus he gave me some suggestions that I will definitely put to use. Each time Epic comes to my house, I know I am going to get quality service and friendly folks.

Tighting the packing nut to stop leaking, saving the existing cut off and leaving it in the system as a non working cut cut off. Bill then installed a 1/4 turn ball valve higher up from the floor. Good job Bill !

Adding my before and after* AMAZING company! Besides some scheduling miscommunication in the beginning, service was beyond excellent. They were in and out within 2 days. Very happy with the work Bill put in. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone. Can't wait to continue working with them to get this bathroom reno complete! :)
