We are a local real estate company, Realty 2000 One, Inc. in Cape Canaveral. Our Property Management department has recommended the services of Empire Air, as well as others. We have been very pleased with the service, Brenden, the owner and his brother, Gio have extended to our owners. They are always readily available to discuss with our owners, their needs and to give the owners a choice of a replacement unit with a comparative a/c unit and the cost of each. Empire came out the same afternoon I called them and completed our repair within a couple days. When the technician arrived, he told me that he’d come up with a more affordable fix than previously proposed. Everything worked great and this would be the first company I call in the future for any HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
The technician, Kobe (sp?), was on time & since we had not met before he took time to listen to what we wanted from the service call. Our system is on the older side & he gave us good input about our concerns with the unit. He was knowledgeable & reassuring which we appreciate very much.
