Super easy and great service! Had a mailbox installed about 6 months ago - purchase process was painless and no issues with installation. As a house with 4 dogs, I really appreciated that they came, installed the mailbox, and left without ringing the doorbell to let us know they were here and getting all the dogs involved! Here we are 6 months later and a snow plow took out the mailbox. After a quick email to support to let them know what happened, I had a quote for a replacement that was able to be installed a couple days later. I was happy they worked with me to ensure I didn't have to repurchase a whole new post as it was just the mailbox that was damaged. Top notch service and speedy, professional installation!

I would definitely not recommend this company, unfortunately. I had hopes that they would work out and I met with the owner a number of times. They gave a great presentation and tried to work with me on the price. Gates, an automated gate system, privacy fencing, and a very large shed. When they came to install the fencing, they made it to the wrong size and asked me to cut down my brick pillars to fit the fencing that they built. I explained that they should have measured correctly and they begrudgingly had to rebuild the entire fence on property. The sample fencing that they showed me was primed. Then they said I had to hire a separate painter and spend more money to get it to look like the sample that they showed me. I was not made aware of this. Then they installed the gates and they did not work properly. They said that it was under warranty and they would replace one of the arms. They never did. The warranty period expired and the arm still does not work correctly. I was not able to activate the emergency release for one of the arms during a snowstorm. So I called them again and they said they would send someone out. They never did, claiming that they no longer do this kind of work. In short, this company lacks integrity and business ethics. They cut customers off when it's convenient for them and take their money when it profits them. Please be very careful when researching this company. You may get a lot of potential runaround and long-term unaccountability.

The entire process with Empire was easy and seamless beginning to end! We ordered our new mailbox and post online. We got exactly what we ordered and the installers were wonderful. They took great care and pride in their work and made sure we were satisfied with the end result! I definitely will Empire!
