I cannot say enough great things about Will. I’ve used Empire a couple of times now, and the experience has been phenomenal each time. Will is incredibly respectful, kind, and professional, and his work is absolutely top-notch. He always takes the time to explain things and make thoughtful, practical suggestions. He also cleans up thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. Even when I call the office, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the text communication and tracking so I know exactly when they’ll arrive. From start to finish, the service is outstanding. Highly, highly recommend!

I had Empire City out today to do various things. I’ve never used them before. Cody and Tre came out and did a really nice job. They have a boom truck and I needed that for a 40’ yard light. They switched out a fixture and will need scaffolding to finish replacing another on my vaulted ceiling. Best thing about today was I actually enjoyed them.
