When our ancient water heater began leaking, I connected with six different companies for estimates on a tankless replacement. Of four companies that sent a rep to visit -- two provided dubious estimates sight unseen -- Emory was the last I met with, but quickest, most straightforward, and least expensive. No arm twisting, no sales pitch, just a quick 10-minute conversation, an eyeball estimate and a promise to deliver a formal quote by the following morning. I received a quote that night within 3% of the original estimate, and less than half of the highest quote I'd received, but I had a few questions that I emailed late that night. Woke up the next morning, checked to find a response answering all my questions, and accepted the bid. Emory's plumbers arrived the following day while I was at work. I drove home, opened the garage and was surprised to find the whole job done as promised, but in just a few hours in my absence. Last year, our bathtub in the guest bathroom started draining very slowly. We tried to snake it ourselves but had no luck; we had our neighborhood plumber come out, and again, no luck. We called Emory Plumbing, and Carlos came out to give us a quote. He completed it in under 3 hours and ended up replacing part of the old pipe that was off-center, and now we can use the tub again! I had a really good experience with this company. I was trying to save money on getting a new toilet installed. They were the best price I found after calling 4 other companies. But wait there's more. With a good price also came good service! Which is kinda hard to find. The service technician didn't drag out the appointment, he was very informative, and left my bathroom better than he found it. I definitely will be using them again!!!!!!!
