I guess me calling the incorrect department warranted this behavior. Respect & Tone Goes A Great Deal of ways when in a service industry. I’ve never experienced such aggressive and unprofessionalism when dealing with vendors. Amber the project manager please note when companies are calling we don’t know your product. Asking a simple questions When calls are made we shouldn’t be threatened with service fees and “whatever” type of attitude when we are paying customers in need of a service. Simply put your tone and your attitude surely doesn’t match your companies values.

Had a bad experience they didn’t fix the issue with my ac furnace it took 2 month in half they kept trying to fix it and waiting on parts when parts got here they didn’t replace them they kept insisting to replace my whole unit . They were very rude and disrespectful also the young guy is not licensed at all . I had to hire a different company and they came out and fix it instantly . Save your self from a big headache and back and forth on going excuses why they can’t fix it or wasting your money and time on that company.
