Our 24 year old furnace stopped working properly in the middle of winter. Alex at Elkhorn was able to come out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue. He was detail-oriented, patient, and professional while explaining things to us and figuring out what we needed to do next. Then Jon came over first thing in the morning to present us our options for a solution. He was both knowledgeable and personable and explained everything really well to us. We elected to buy a new one rather than repair the old one that had multiple major issues and hadn’t been cared for particularly well over the years. Their pricing was competitive and they came highly recommended so it was an easy choice to go with them. Cody, JP, Jared, Alton & Miguel were there the very next morning to do the install. All very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. Cody walked me through the gameplan, answered all my questions, and scoped everything out. Great guy and could tell he was experienced. They did an awesome job and completed the work quickly and neatly, leaving the space more clean than when they arrived. Now we have heat again and are cozy and happy! Will definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

Had exceptional service from the entire Elkhorn team! Our AC unit was more than 20 years old and came with the original home. Justin was the consummate professional honoring an old quote that likely would have been a few thousand dollars more than what I paid today and he was able to get his team into my home the very next day. Eric D and his crew went above and beyond the call during the AC installation. With how old my system was and the way things need to be reconstructed, Eric was here all day until the very end to ensure the job was done well. Even after a long day he was still extremely professional, courteous and provided tips to keep my new AC unit running longer. This was my first encounter with Elkhorn as I stumbled across their name on a Reddit page and was very lucky I came across this company. I highly recommend them with their phenomenal customer service and great craftsmanship. I would definitely use them again. Looking forward to staying cool this summer and beyond

We needed to replace our 20-year-old boiler, and our existing setup was unusually complex with far too many failure points. Eric and his team came in, tore out the mess, and redesigned the system to be significantly cleaner, simpler, and more reliable. This was not an easy job, but the workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. Everything was clearly thought through, neatly installed, and done right. Communication throughout the process was great, and the final result exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Eric and his team to anyone needing serious boiler or hydronic work.
