Henrique is always polite and helpful, friendly and accommodating. His attention to detail is impeccable. I feel very comfortable using him as my contractor. He definitely goes above and beyond. He explains things that are going on and lets you know what might happen ie worst case scenario/best case scenario. He’s incredibly attentive to the work being done and is always present when you need him. I felt bad one night when I called him for a broken sewer pipe. It was the end of a work day unfortunately but he showed up and he and his partner worked until late to clean up the mess. He’s always up front and I feel he has my best interest at heart. You don’t find that every day!!

I recently had 2 apt’ s in Worcester completely renovated by Elite Services and let me tell you that this man Enrique exceeded my expectations. I NEVER do reviews but really had to for this particular job because I am all about promoting local business when it is warranted. Mr. Enrique is very professional, detailed oriented in both keeping his customers updated throughout as well as the actual work he and his crew does. My apartments look amazing!! The estimate he gave me, he kept true to his word and anything additional that was expected or unexpected he kept me updated about and helped me find a reasonable and affordable solution for. I did not have to micromanage the work whatsoever which was a life saver for me as I am a full time working mother with little time as it is. If you are looking for really good work, honest and reasonable pricing, Enrique is the man for you!
