Elite Restoration was great to work with! Devan was very good at communicating quickly and providing any updates I had asked for. They were able to quickly finish our bathroom project and everything was done professionally with high quality. I would definitely recommend Elite Restoration!

This has been a good company to work with. They are efficient and reliable. The communication is excellent. Whenever I asked for someone to call me or explain something it was always done that day. I would highly recommend them for mitigation and restoration work. 1/27/2026. Update: The restoration work has begun. The communication remains excellent no matter who is coming to work on the house. As each phase is completed they always ask me to look at it and give approval or feedback. I believe this makes them more efficient and productive. Still very happy with their work.

My experience with Elite was mixed. The process began positively with a very thorough walkthrough of the work needed to remediate my home after a roofing contractor failed to tarp the roof during replacement, resulting in approximately $60,000 in water damage. I was extremely careful and detailed in explaining what I wanted repaired, and it initially seemed that we had reached a clear agreement on the scope of work. Unfortunately, Elite’s estimate layouts are very difficult to interpret, and I strongly recommend reading them with extreme care. Based on what both my loan project manager and I could reasonably understand from the estimate, I believed all requested work was included and proceeded with hiring them. When the crew arrived, they appeared unclear on the full scope of work and required me to walk them through the details. While I initially assumed this was for confirmation, it later was told to me as we closed in on project completion that certain areas I had requested to be replaced were excluded. This resulted in partial replacements that made little practical or aesthetic sense (for example, only one-third of a door frame and two-thirds of a window casing being replaced). No one was able to clearly explain why the project was bid this way. After raising these concerns with the project manager and office staff, a revised bid was prepared. While I was asked to personally re-measure the affected areas, the updated estimate reflected approximately 58% more linear footage than my measurements, a discrepancy I could not reconcile. At that point, I chose to terminate their services for the remaining work. To be fair, the quality of the work completed: flooring, drywall, paint, and trim was good. However, the estimating process, administrative follow-through, and communication were consistently disappointing. If you choose to work with Elite, I strongly recommend being extremely thorough with the estimator and personally confirming directly with them that every aspect of the work you expect is explicitly included in writing.
