She was professional, patient as I explained my dilemma (even though I called 5 minutes before closing), let me text her pictures, looked up information to help determine what I needed and then recommended another vendor in my area that might carry what I need. Super short on the phone. I asked for a product and he said “I’m waiting on it. Thanks”. I asked how much it normally was and he said “I don’t remember”. I asked when it would be back in stock, he said “maybe next week. Have a good day.” And hung up. Go someplace else that has better service.
