They know their business and get it done right the first time. Scott, owner, has been at it for 35 years. Amanda as office manager gets things organized right away and communicate well. Top notch firm and people.

Owner Scott Rosenberg is Old-School, in the best meaning of the word. Ex.: I called late one night to leave a VM for his very efficient & helpful admin. person Amanda -- and a Human Answered -- at around Midnight! Scott pays for an answering service to take off-hours emergency calls, which are then routed to a technician on call. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my non-emergency work scheduled, but I love the idea of having a business relationship with someone truly offering emergency service. Having gone through a fire in my mother's house caused by careless work by some "electrician" she hired from an ad in the back of a magazine -- I'm fanatical about hiring people who are not just licensed but who also inspire confidence. Scott, as well as Alan and Cesar who did my work, not only exuded competence but were also extremely patient and respectful with my many internet-inspired questions. Scott even gave me advice about 2 outside heaters (gas instead of electric) that was spot-on, even though it meant less business for him. They showed up as scheduled and finished the job in the time originally allotted. Amanda is great about intelligent scheduling -- allowing for the right amount of time depending on the complexity of the job. I'm sure they're not the cheapest in town, but I'm fearful of hiring electricians "off the street" or based on who can schedule me the quickest. This was major work involving replacement of an old, too-small panel, as well as other items.
