Joe was very professional. He requested details and photos of the issue in advance. He offered a solution and estimate over the phone without charging any fee. He showed up on time and did his work with quality. He explained what he had done to correct the issues with minimum cost. I could not recommend him more to anyone who needs reliable electricians in Miami area.

Great overall experience with this company. Extremely polite and prompt follow-up when I called them. I was so surprised and appreciative that they dispatched Joe so quickly. He explained everything that was wrong and what was going to be done. With previous electricians, I felt like I was being taken advantage of during the estimate process. However, Joe was no non-sense, got to the point, got to work, fixed the problem, and left the area clean. Aside from great work, he was extremely nice, easy to talk to and get along with during the encounter. I highlight recommend their services.
