Efficient Plumbing Services

After reading all the glowing reviews and meeting Brian, I hired him to connect a shower pan and fix a leak from a previous plumbing job and to replace abs water drain and angle valves for bathroom vanity. Brian was very nice, and I really enjoyed our Gospel Conversations. But when I started questioning his work, he got defensive. He did a good job with the bathroom water drain but unfortunately, the other work he did was so bad, and I had to hire someone else to redo all his work. I had 3 experts come in and review what he did, and they all said the same thing. $1200.00 dollar mistake. • There was no need for him to chop into the floor joist to fit P trap as he stated. • There was no need for me to raise the shower pan 2 inches for him to properly install the P-Trap as he requested I do • No additional work would be needed to install the P-Trap above the joist so I can drywall the ceiling as he stated. • He should not have used PVC with ABS as he stated had to be done. I’m glad so many others had a positive experience. Unfortunately, mine wasn’t and I hope it doesn’t happen to others. God Bless and best wishes. Anthony

BEYOND EXCELLENT service from Brian of Efficient Plumbing Services. We called him at 7am and he arrived promptly at 9am to help replace a hot water heater (same day)! He is very knowledgeable in his trade and was efficient in his assessment of our issue, offering various solutions to our problem. Did not waste time and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Brian will forever be our go to for plumbing needs. We are very grateful to him for his work and care in our home.

Brian at Efficient Plumbing was great on the 2 items that we needed fixed at our house. He fixed the toilet on the main floor and fixed the tankless water heater. He was on time, good communication, and did what he said he was going to do.
