I work with a lot of HVAC companies as a Realtor. What I like about Efficient: 1) An actual employee in the front office answers the phone, schedules, and is generally knowledgeable; 2) Service can be scheduled relatively quickly (no two-week waits for a broken-down AC), and most importantly; 3) Great work at a fair price, never trying to sell you something you don't need. Also, we have a geothermal unit and it's hard to find techs who not only service these units, but are particularly knowledgeable.

Christmas Eve plumbing problems! Quickly and efficiently resolved by Raul. He arrived even though it was midnight on the holiday and we were so grateful for his professional service. Issue with the main sewer line obstruction was fixed and the household could have a Merry Christmas!
