Tech came out for an emergency call. Got furnace up and running by replacing pressure sensor but left behind a large pile of rust that was falling into the unit from the exhaust duct. Unit malfunctioned again a few days later. They came out again and I paid them to replace exhaust ducts as well. Unit continued to malfunction and they were unable to resolve. I called Allatoona Heating and Cooling and they identified the issue as a panel that wasn't tightened down and was causing air leakage issues with pressure sensor installed during Edwards' first call. 2 stars for getting a tech out same day to at least get us through the weekend and attempting to follow up and resolve the issue, but disappointed that 2 different techs were unable to diagnose the root cause and I ultimately had to call another provider.

Had Edward's technician Mike Hamby come to our home today and serviced our units as we are on a semi annual service contract. Mike was right on time and did a great job. He has always been our service tech. We are very Happy with he and Edwards

I first contacted Edwards last year regarding an intermittent odor issue with my heat pump during heating season. They inspected the system and provided a clear written explanation about heat pump defrost cycles and aluminum evaporator coils. What I appreciate most is that their diagnosis has remained consistent over time. I recently consulted other HVAC companies for additional opinions, and the explanations varied widely — some even recommended costly component replacements or large upgrade packages. In comparison, Edwards’ original assessment was technical, measured, and did not push unnecessary replacements. Their communication was professional, and their reasoning has proven to be the most consistent. I would recommend them for HVAC service.
