Edge Energy

All we can say about this company is "Wow." From the first call to the final bill, we cannot say enough good things about them. We have been referring them to our friends. The gentlemen that installed the units are great. When they entered our home they removed their shoes, they cleaned up after themselves and was very friendly. Other than the new units on the walls you would never have known they had been there. Edge Energy is a great company to work with. They return calls, explain answers to questions so you understand and reasonably priced. We have been thrilled with our new system and are certainly glad we made the choice we did. Thank you Edge Energy for everything.

Working with Edge Energy and their subcontractor, Woodville Plumbing, was a frustrating experience. The initial installation of our boiler was a complete disaster—poorly executed, riddled with mistakes, and ultimately had to be redone. The subcontractor's work was especially sloppy, lacking attention to detail and basic quality standards. While we appreciate the effort to correct these issues, it should not have required two iterations to complete the job properly. The recent additions and updates are well-executed, and all punch list items that needed repair from the first botched attempt appear complete—except for the oil line, which remains dangling through our floor, though we will handle that ourselves. It is deeply concerning that the burner job was initially signed off as "complete" despite obvious deficiencies and safety hazards. This highlights a serious lack of quality control at Edge Energy and inadequate oversight of their subcontractors. While we are satisfied with the final product, the overall process was unacceptable. A more competent and thorough approach from the start would have saved time, frustration, and unnecessary rework. Stronger quality control and better subcontractor management are essential to improving the customer experience.

After researching what we needed and had several estimates, this was the most reasonable and accurate. Their communication was spot on and the installation could not have gone better. Their communication installers were obviously very experienced since it was completed quickly and efficiently with hardly a glitch. They were friendly and professional throughout. Follow-up communication was as good as all the explanations we received. This company has much to be proud of in their employees, and we would recommend them to anyone.
