In April 2024, I had to replace my A/C unit. East TN Heat and Air was easy to work with and got my unit installed and up and running great. New Trane unit installed. Then, in August this year, my compressor on the new unit went out. It has a 10 year warranty although the labor to replace any parts is only covered for 1 year. The bill to change out the compressor was $900. I spoke with the company and they tried to get Trane to cover it but had terrible communication and cooperation from Trane. Two months later, they decided to only charge me $300 to replace the compressor and refrigerant and work out their details with Trane. I thought "its hard to stop a Trane"? Not this one! The service with East TN Heat and air was great. The tech that did the work, Brian Wallace was awesome and knowledgeable. Only 4 stars because of the issues with Trane! We'll see how long this compressor lasts.

Our heat pump was not working and you were out in less than24 hours. Brian did a great job of explaining what was wrong and offered suggestions. Paid for maintenance and waiting for estimates.

Brian came out 10/8 to check prior work that had been done by a different company and try to determine why air pressure was not balanced. We discussed what might be done to correct the issue and he said that they were slow right now and he would get back to me with an estimate. I have waited almost 2 full weeks and have heard nothing from them. He also did not know code for ductwork installation as stated by the ACCA, used by my city. That is extremely unprofessional and unwarranted. I would most definitely NOT use their services.
