Called yesterday regarding a shutoff valve and another part that needed to be replace in a toilet in my home. There were at my condo in 90 minutes. The tech who did the work was very fast and had work completed in about 15 minutes! Very happy and highly recommend them.

I have used this company 3 years for all my plumbing needs. Each of the employees who came to my condo were friendly, efficient, and very good at their job. However, it can be quite difficult to schedule an appointment since it's not unusual to wait days before anyone responds to the message you left. Basically any sort of communication with the office/schedulers was poor. The final time I choose this company it took 5 days to even hear back. When I finally did hear back, was told that they couldn't do the job I had described on their voicemail. If they couldn't do the job, it would have been helpful/professional to say so days before, so I could look for another plumber. I always paid my bill the day I received it, and was naturally polite to every worker. However because of the communication difficulties E&M has lost me as a customer.

The water pressure in the master shower of my new home at Kwiniaska Ridge was not as forceful as the other showers in the house. After waiting months for the builder to address the problem, I contacted E&M directly. Cindy and Bernadette listened to my account of the problem and scheduled a visit from a technician for the next day. The tech was a creative troubleshooter who came up with an excellent solution to the problem and has made my wife (who likes forceful showers) very happy. Many thanks to the professional staff at E&M.
