We had an excellent experience with Dutton HVAC. They worked hard to troubleshoot our failing system and did everything possible to help us extend its life before recommending replacement. Mickey patiently and honestly answered our many questions while we were deciding on a new unit, which we truly appreciated. When replacement became necessary, they offered a fair price and completed the installation promptly and professionally. Two months later, the new system is working perfectly, and we are very pleased. They handled the unit registration and made sure we received all eligible rebates, which made the process seamless. Every employee we encountered was kind and professional. Mickey, the technician, and LeAnn in the office were both outstanding. I give Dutton HVAC my highest recommendation.

Thank you for the great service and honesty. Other large company tried to replace entire unit, and Dutton repaired it in under 30 minutes. Hard to find good honest contractors these days. Highly recommend. Will be using them to replace when the time comes soon.

Our 20 yr old HVAC unit had been on its last leg for a couple years now. Dutton has been very pleasant to work with by keeping our old unit running until we were able to replace the unit.
