Matt and the Duncan Electric team were fantastic to work with. They guided us through the entire process of exploring, designing, and installing a permanent battery system to help us take better advantage of our solar power usage. Briana, the bookkeeper, was responsive, making the administrative side easy. We felt taken care of! Matt was incredibly patient, spending a lot of time on the phone answering all my questions and listening to my ideas, and he thoroughly explained how the system and app work. He even took the time to answer additional questions about an upcoming mini-split project and stopped by to help us out with questions. My husband was impressed with the installation crew's punctuality, professionalism, and friendliness. The install was fast, and the final look is aesthetically pleasing on our house. As we live in a rural area, we greatly appreciated Matt's willingness to schedule and complete the work. We highly recommend Duncan Electric!

The only contractor who has ever arrived 15 minutes early! Super fairly priced, did great work and were finished in 90 minutes. They were responsive when I first called, came right away to give me a quote, overall very professional and easy to work with.
