The Dryer Vent Crew Solutions

I recently used The Dryer Vent Crew Solutions to clean my dryer vent after getting an error code on the dryer indicating that the vent needed cleaning. The company reached out quickly to set up and appointment time. The original time (which I communicated with my renters) was pushed back to a later time that afternoon (the renters were able to make this time work with their schedule). I received several texts and calls from the company. Unfortunately I had surgery the day prior and was in recovery mode so I did miss some of the texts/calls. The technician was very nice and clearly communicated what he was going to have to do to clean the vent. Upon further inspection, he found that the dryer vent pipe that was located in the attic and exits through the roof was broken and needed to be completely replaced. I was quoted a price for the work and agreed to him completing the job. There were a few hiccups which were clearly communicated by the technician in a timely manner and again, I agreed to an updated quote because this work had to be done in order for the the dryer to work and for the safety of my renters and other condo occupants. When the job was done, the tech called and let me know he had finished and everything was in working order. I thanked him for the work he'd done and the great communication. My renter contacted me after he'd left and sent pictures of the mess left behind. There was blown insulation (from the attic) left all over the master closet where the attic access is located. The dryer itself (and washer) is located in an open single closet in the hallway. It is very tight and to get behind the dryer, the wood molding/trim was pulled away from the closet opening. This was honestly to be expected as it is a very tight fit. However it was just left that way after the tech finished the job. So, for $2,000 (plus tip), I had the vent cleaned and vent pipe replaced. Note: The vent pipe goes through the roof, and the tech didn't get on top of the roof, so i'm not sure how that's going to work... not being sealed/leaks when it rains/etc.? So, my renters were tasked with waiting on the repairman, sweeping/vacuuming and replacing items in closet; had to have my handyman come in and repair the wood trim around the closet; and now possibly having to have someone to get on the roof and check that there's not going to be a problem with the vent pipe exit. I just feel that the amount was exorbitant (even though I did agree to it. I'm 12 hours away and needed a quick solution so that's on me). But to pay that much and just the way things were left seemed very unprofessional to me. The company texted to get my feedback and I expressed my concerns. That was 5 days ago and I've yet to receive a response from them.
