Very unhappy with this company! 4 years ago the replaced my entire system. They placed my outside unit right in front of my sewer clean out. I called 4 years ago for them to move it they came and pushed it over,leaving just enough room to see clean out. I was not satisfied with this but they insisted that it was enough room. I told them then if I ever had trouble that they would be called to move it at no cost. Well here I am 4 years later have sewer problems and the a/c is on top my sewer line which has to be dug up. They came out to move the a/c. I was told I would be charged right at 250.00 and it would take about 2 to 3 hours. They started at 9am, and didn't finish until after 3pm. They blew fuses from outside to my inside unit thermostat.They piggy backed two six foot disconnects on my unit.That looks like crap outside my home. My invoice lists the ac move as minor wire repair,which is incorrect And now my thermostat is not operating correctly and my ac ain't cooling properly. The service that I received in the past has been good but the service I received this go round is awful

Editing this review due ro the last 2 years of dealing with dream team. In 2023 we had ro have a new HVAC system installed. We went through Dream Team to purchase it. However the installers shoved the drainage tube straight into our insulation resulting in significant floor damage and a completely soaked duct. They sent a random contractor out who not only discovered that our insulation was soaked but the duct was full of water. The contractor asked Dream Team about replacing the duct and showed me his personal emails of them telling him to replace the wet insulation only. Fast forward a few months later, we notice our floors swelling!! We call out Dream Team again and it was discovered the installers also left a bottom filter in the HVAC system causing it to sweat straight into our floors. Some manager named Stephen came out and stated " This is absolutely our fault and we will make this right" Again and stupidly we trusted Dream team. Weeks go by and they send another scummy contractor out who refuses to even look at the damage an looks at me and says our floors are swelling because the walls are to heavy for our house!! Fast forward till now we have a new and amazing hvac company who discovered that our duct is again full of water and under the house is soaked . And our insur6is refusing to pay for damages. And this company has NEVER made good on the repairs they promised they would make and we may be coming out of pocket for the damages they have done to our house. Oh and by they way after going through our emails on the work they did including all the call out for our swelling floors they have deleted our account from their system. Run away from this company they will destroy your home.

I had a fantastic experience with Dream Team Heating and Air during my first maintenance service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. Our technician, Ty, was outstanding—punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing quality service. I feel confident knowing our system is in great hands. Highly recommend Dream Team and will definitely request Ty again for future visits!
