We have been working with Henry now for the last 8 months or so and he has shown up for us like a superhero with every plumbing emergency we’ve had. (Unfortunately we have had 3 plumbing emergencies in 8 months) Each time he is incredibly responsive, timely, friendly and he always tries to find the easiest/cheapest solution first. Henry was professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and performed beyond our expectations. He completed removing our cast iron sewer main and replaced it with newer products in a timely manner for a fair price. He involved us in determining the best solution for our 60 year old sewer main. Our periodic stoppage problem has ended. Our sewer was unavailable for only two hours. They took away all debris, including pipes, rocks, and concrete. I would hire his company again.
