Dr. Sparks Electric

It’s a pleasure to write this review of Dr. Sparks Electric for the great work they did installing an electric car charging station at my home. They were listed on the Tesla website as a qualified Tesla Wall Connector installer. I reached out to them through the Yelp app. I provided details & photos about my home and I was promptly provided with a very reasonable quote for both a Tesla and additional 220-volt charging station for our other electric cars. We scheduled an installation date about one month after my initial contact. Kirsten was always prompt & professional in her communications with me. They took care of the permit process and came to my house on the appointed day. Warren and Lance did a great job installing both charging stations & linking the Tesla unit to my car through my Wifi. The units look great & have worked just as I expected, providing worry-free & fast car charging at home. I highly recommend Dr. Sparks Electric!

This chandelier once was hanging low over my in law's dinning room table. When they moved I wanted it installed in my dad's living room except it hung 6 feet from the ceiling and it's 80 lbs of crystal. My dad's home is 116 years old and had gas and electric fittings, no electrical box. Warren and his crew made sure it was safe to even mount an electrical box, cut and close off the gas leads and then mount the chandelier. They even came back to correct an unexpected short! They really take the time to do the right thing and guarantee their work. Very professional! Thanks Dr Sparks!

Both Lance and Warren were very courteous and friendly. I had described the job to build a hot electrical line from an existing outlet in my garage and take it outside of the garage for an external garage light ( sconce). They had initially quoted me $200 over the phone. But when Lance came in to assess the actual work, he mentioned that it would take longer than what they had anticipated over the phone ( more around $375-400) based on the hours it would take to do the job. Initially I chose to decline but later I agreed to the revised price. Lance did the job very meticulously and I was very satisfied with the workmanship, courtesy and attitude. Later Warren gave me the final invoice and mentioned that he was able to honor the earlier quote of $200. Would definitely work work with them again! Thank you!
