This summer we bought a beautiful home in Oceanside, but it needs money and love. I hired Downing Electric to modernize its electrical footprint. Kevin, Connor, and Chad have been nothing short of professional. They've carefully danced around my family and have completed three phases of work: replace plates and outlets, install bedroom ceiling fans, replace bathroom exhaust fans, install four Ring devices, install two lighted mirrors, re-wire the TV area, and run new conduit for expansion. Next, the crew will replace interior lanterns, exterior sconces, and overhaul the garage's electrical profile. Furthermore, as soon as SDGE approves of a panel upgrade, Downing will perform the work in preparation for solar. We have found a long-term partner in Downing Electric. We're thrilled.
